Suzanne Hummel

Suzanne Hummel has studied with Nancy Burhyte School of Ballet, Hochstein School of Music and Ballet , David De Marie , and The American Academy of Ballet to name a few! She has studied in NYC, Boston and Chicago and attended SUNY Brockport with a minor in dance studying jazz, modern, tap, ballet and pointe.

Suzanne has also studied ballroom at Arthur Murray and Fred Astair studios. She opened up her own studio where she taught dance for 40 years and was voted the “Premier Studio” of Genesee County.

Suzanne was one of the producers for the Miss Buffalo Pageant (Miss America) for 3 years, and has judged numerous pageants and dance competitions. Suzanne is also the creator of “TUTU TOTS,” a preschool program which she taught exclusively in Genesee and Erie counties.

She is certified in Rhythm Works, a dance program designed for students with special needs.

She has taken groups of dancers to 4 different Bowl Games and performed in the half time shows. Suzanne continued to study and attend workshops through out her career.

She lives in Clarence center with her husband and will forever share her love for dance!
