Big – Little Program

We dance…together we rise!

RDC believes in the art and practice in helping others rise through dance.  Here, everyone will have someone – to look up to and to help.  It is important to remember that dance is more than the art of movement.  It teaches us grace on and off the stage, through choreography and life.  What better way to learn and have someone, than a fellow dancer?!

The Big-Little program is completely inspired by the idea that everyone needs someone; to turn to, ask questions, or just check in with.  No one will be left behind.

We dance…together we rise!

Physical Therapy

Introducing our Director of Strength Training and Injury Prevention

Dr. Anthony Albano is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has been practicing since 2014 after graduating with his DPT from D’Youville College. He has been working in orthopedics in the WNY area since graduating, including his own private practice in Depew offering 1-on-1 physical therapy services. He has been involved in the strength and conditioning field working with athletes and exercise enthusiasts, including an internship with the Buffalo Bills.

Anthony grew up playing various sports, including participating in Olympic-style weightlifting since 2010, which he has also been coaching since 2013. Through his degrees, practice, and participation in sports, he has spent a great deal of time learning how the human body functions through movement and performance. His craft as a physical therapist has allowed him to operate his own private practice as a sole proprietor out of WNY Strength and Conditioning since January of 2018.

He developed a unique model to give his patients the time and care they need to obtain their specific goals with a movement-first approach, so patients can have long term success.

Anthony is a Western New York native, who is married to his lovely wife Sarah, and has two beautiful kids, Annalise and Marco.
