Welcome to Releve Courtney Kamberalis
Hello all!
I am thrilled to join your community at Releve Dance Company and the privilege to serve your athletes, as both a Physical Therapist & Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Ill be offering strength and conditioning classes to focus on building strength and injury prevention during the summer intensives. In addition, Ill be offering some pop up soft tissue work sessions to help the dancers work through aches/pains they're having during comp season.
A little more about my backround :
I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from D’Youville University and my Bachelors of Exercise Science at SUNY Brockport. I have been heavily involved with fitness and sports my entire life and I truly LOVE living this live style. I danced for Seven years as a child and pursued competitive gymnastics throughout my youth and into my young adult life. During my collegiate career, I was part of the collegiate gymnastics team that won the National Title in 2019. Being intertwined in these sports ve really shown me the importance of taking care of our bodies so we can thrive and perform our absolute best!
I truly enjoy living a healthy, active, and fit lifestyle, as I hope and inspire and guide the community at Releve to do the Same! I strongly believe that everyone should learn how to move their body correctly and feel GREAT doing it,
